“ It's a perfect spot to stop through after a good hike for a cold beverage and snack. Sunday brunch day gets busy in the village so it was perfect spot for a latte and baked good. The food menu looks delicious so I have to go back and try some of that yummy food. There used to be small wine bottles in the fridge section but now looks like it's just beers and ciders. All and all a perfect spot to take a break post hike and sit outside to soak in the sun. ”
“ Cute cafe by Roosevelt Golf Course in Griffith Park. I had the fall special Pumpkin Spice Latte and Ham and Cheese Croissant. Pretty good and reasonable priced. Staff are very helpful and nice. I will be back when we play golf here again. ”
“ We have been regulars for many years. The setting and service are wonderful. The food is good, though options have become limited. And they really need to clean and maintain their dining tables. Otherwise very nice. ”
“ While the pancake breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day, with pancakes that were okay in taste, the standout feature was undoubtedly the environmentally friendly utensils. While they may have been a bit challenging to use, their eco-conscious design is commendable and aligns with a commitment to sustainability. Overall, a decent breakfast experience, great presentation and attentive service. ”
“ Absolutely stunning scenery and surprisingly delicious food! It's located at a driving range by the Greek Theater and the bottom of the Griffith Park Observatory road. I highly recommend stopping here and eating on their patio. They have a cute market with drinks and also a coffee bar (with dairy free creamer options :) ). We got vegan burgers and smoothies and coffee and the food was just so beyond amazing and more than expected! The person that took our order was so friendly. They have clean bathrooms and even beer! Great way to spend an afternoon. ”
“ This cafe was attached to 'Griffith Park,' Los Angeles, but I had to still drive another 12 minutes exactly to locate the park's cafe. Having successfully followed GPS, I was able to find free parking next to the cafe. The location is quite convenient to spot, and they come with a super convenient restroom too. This is a simplified cafe that they sell coffee, tea and smoothie drinks. They had some merchandise for sale to take home with, and they also sold some ice cream bars in their freezer. You can also order food items here if you are planning to stay longer at Griffith Park, LA, CA., otherwise, I just pretty much ordered a regular house coffee to go. If I was in the area again, I might stop by but for now, it's not a must visit stop but mostly I wanted to check out what the recreational park's cafe looks like. I may or may not be back again, we shall see!!!! ”
“ Hidden gem! I noticed this one day after a morning at the observatory. Today we happened to hike a different part of Griffith and were looking for a quick bite & a coffee! I remembered this and it just perfect for that! Really cozy spot next to the golf course, tucked in Griffith park. Beautiful interior and patio furniture. Love the views. Lots of good menu options like brisket tacos & hibachi rice bowls. Items for the kiddos as well. Love the case of drinks, both alcoholic & non alcoholic. They even have slushies! And a coffee menu! Although I have to say some of the drinks are way over priced. $4 for a canned sparkling water (bubbly) when a home made coffee drink is $5. A kombucha is $13. Like wow, a lot! Drinks are expensive but food is average/ reasonable. Service was friendly, professional & timely. Great place! Highly recommend! ”
“ During our visit to this spot en route to the Griffith Observatory, we indulged in a Bimbimap fried rice bowl paired with a couple of cappuccinos. While the initial cost gave us pause, we were pleasantly surprised by the bowl's ample portion size; it was more than enough for two. Notably, the unexpected touch of spiciness caught our attention in the most delightful way. ”
“ Good spot for a coffee and a quick bite. The caffe is located close by the Griffith Observatory. You can start your morning here before you go for a hike. They offer good selection of beverages and foods. We didn't have any food here but coffees were definitely good, not to mention excellent service. Plenty of seating inside and outside will help you relax and enjoy your food or drink. ”
“ I'm not sure why Fanklin's doesn't have more incredible reviews? We stopped in here after parking early for a show at the Greek. We parked at about 5:30 and the show didn't open until 6:30. We parked in lot B and walked across the street for a drink at Franklin's. The kitchen closed at 5:00 but the to go options were open until 6:00. We got two seltzers and sat outside on the adorable patio. They had lots of beer wine seltzer options as well as little snacks. The food menu looked very good as well. It seems like the primary audience is the gold crowd but would be a great place to stop in on the way to the Greek or even if walking in the area. ”
